  • It is a plain that can be found in top of a mountain close to Geradigini ella.
  • It is situated about 1974ft about the sea level.
  • It is believe that at the time of king Ravana, this palce use as runnerway for his Dadumonaraya( an aricarft use by king ravana)
  • At the top of chariot path there is a place where on grasses are grow. At that place no any other plants grow.
  • We visit there from pussellawa town which is located in Nuwaraeliya Kandy road.

This wetland include about 303 species of plant and 248 species of vertebrate. Cinnamon cultivation can be seen in few islands that can be found in this wetland. There is a place for fish therapy.
